What should I bring to the lawyer’s office?

You should provide the lawyer with all documents, proofs and evidence of any kind supporting your case status, then the competent lawyer will examine such documents and get back to you in case the lawyer has any inquiries or needs any clarifications.

Will my case be settled or will a trial be necessary?

Our main mission is to grant you all your legitimate rights pertaining to third parties. Based on our policy we advise to seek all amicable ways firstly before resorting to litigation in order to save money and time. We have many precedents in ending disputes amicably through settlements and without recourse to the courts.

How much will my case cost me?

Every case is uniquely different. Fees are not predetermined for all cases since there is no unified value for each case. Each case is different in terms of its type, its value, and the effort put into it. Moreover, there are other intangible, countless factors that differ from one case to another. According to our Office’s policy, we never give our potential client(s) an estimation of their case until the Office could conduct a full estimation considering all relevant factors. Typically, that means the value could not be determined until a thorough examination of the case file is conducted when all necessary information and documents are provided.

What is the difference between ‘Costs’ and ‘Fees’?

Costs: are all fees due to judicial and other relevant bodies as well as court, litigation, expert, and translation fees, etc. Fees: are the fees paid to our Office in exchange of provision of legal services.

We have several ways to pay fees, for example:-

The First Method: Hourly basis.

The Second Method: determine a predetermined value before work is initiated and pay such value in installments.

The third method: – An annual contract, specifying a value to be paid annually in installments for provide all legal services including cases, consultancy and settlements.

Will I be updated with my case updates?

We will send you copies of all relevant memoranda, documents, court resolutions, and other materials received or sent in relation to your case to keep you posted immediately and constantly with all updates on your case during business hours.

Will my legal affairs remain confidential?

Our lawyers and all our personnel have a tremendous amount of professionalism in relation to work, keeping your information confidential is our top priority. Besides, one of the contracting documents entered into by our Office is the confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.

What are my responsibilities as a client?

Our mission is to help you with your case, while your mission is to help us accomplish ours. A client is expected to cooperate through providing information and paperwork timely as requested, appear in our Office to attend necessary meetings in order to discuss the client’s case and updates, and appear before the court, if necessary, as well as pay legal fees on the due time.
